Jennifer Dunn Cobb

Jennifer Cobb has been practicing law in Seattle since 1984, focusing on real estate, lending, corporate law and business law. She represents a wide range of developers, owners, users, purchasers and lenders in all aspects of real estate transactions, including development, leasing, sales and acquisitions, entity formation and financing. She is also a member of the loan team representing multiple institutional lenders in connection with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily financing.

Jennifer is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Washington; she received her J.D. cum laude from the University of Puget Sound School of Law in Tacoma. She is a member of the King County Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association Real Estate Section, the American Bar Association and the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. Jennifer particularly enjoys tackling complex legal matters that allow her to put her experience and logic to work resolving those issues and writing persuasive arguments to back them up. She is a certified public speaker and frequent chair of seminars on real estate leasing, acquisitions and financings.

Aside from her work as an attorney, Jennifer’s other passion is owning and operating a vineyard and event venue in Chelan, Washington. Two wines produced by Mellisoni Vineyards and made with grapes harvested from her Larc Hill Vineyard Ranch were awarded Double Gold and Best in Class at the 2020 Seattle Wine Awards.
